We went to this pizzeria restaurant the other night with some friends. The place itself is very 1970's. The pizza and the food we had was very good but most of the waiters were unfriendly and looked very annoyed with everyone in the restaurant. I didn't think that was very nice. Prices okay.

I had a pizza there and I must say they brought me a pizza with a lot of (quite good) ham. I guess non-Italians may appreciate such cuisine and such kind of a restaurant, but if it was in Italy, it would be judged as a very old-aged locale both for the dishes and for the location. Anyway, the food... More

Pizzas were so tasty and our waiter was jolly and polite. Highly recommend this restaurant or hamburgerei if you want a great burger.

In my views, by Raffaele is the Munich counterpart of Mondello restaurant in London (Goodge Street). The menu is very wide: pastas, pizzas, meat and fish. The cuising is simple and bery good; the location is great; good service; and great value for money. I have been there twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. On both occasions I... More

Such a great restaurant! The staff are so welcoming and nice. There is a tagesgericht, changed daily, which includes a salad and afters for a bargain price. In the evening, one can pick a classic Italian dish from a long list. The service is stunningly good. Enjoy it!

The service is ok. The pizza is extraordinary. Feels like being in Italy on the late 70s. Other dishes are good but pizza is the highlight.

When you enter the restaurant you are welcomed by a traditional pizza oven! The warm welcome by the chef and service personal makes you feel like in an Italian family. Food is excellent - large variety. You have to try the pizza! Good place to grab pizza for home. Always make reservation. The only negative point: The gap between the... More

This is the real deal. Large and tasty pizzas from a real wood fired oven. No fake or cheap ingredients, perfect thin crust. Not entirely cheap, but a regular pizza could feed two people, otherwise be prepared to gorge yourself! The decoration is tired, the location is a bit obscure, but who cares? It's the best pizza in town!

Go here for pizza in Schwabing. Ask for Franco, best waiter. Skip the other options on the menu, there's better Italian restaurants for that.

I lived 3 years in Munich 500 meters away from Raffaele and we use to go there at least twice a month ! We loved it ! Definately the best pizzas i've ever eaten ! (And my dog always had her little salami slice ! ;-)
