I was honestly a bit afraid to walk in here after what I'd read from some in here. Our stay was all positive. Staff was friendly, the food was good and the beer delicious.

A really german place with a nice food selection, although nothing too fancy, everything I had was really delicious. The staff is pretty quick and friendly, beers are fresh and interesting. For example the unfiltered Pils, that is the trademark of the place has the really specific aroma and aftertaste, some kind of salty see water. For weekend, I would... More

Fish was very undercooked (smelled, actually) so we informed the staff. They simply cooked the same fish and re-served it. Other food was mediocre. Won't go back.

Was a bit disappointed with our visit...we were here about three years ago and I distinctly remember the excellent service and food from then. This time round the service was really slow and we had to keep indicating we needed service Food was mediocre Off our list of places to revisit

I went here on a quite evening, the restaurant was 50% full. The restaurant is located on the first floor in a street littered with restaurants and eateries. It stands out as it is "kinda" odd. We had the Schwarzbeer and ordered Braumeister-Schmaus. The beer was good the food very much acceptable. Nothing outstanding but good, I do appreciate that... More
