Small and genuine iranian/afghani restaurant that delivers good and somewhat familiar plates of eggplant, shami and delicate rice. Being in lyon, the wine list is balanced and local . We stayed at least 3 hours and lost track of the bottle count and the time.

The service was extremely friendly! It was my first visit to a Iran restaurant I really loved all the spices and how the plates were prepared! Very nice we extra asked for the very traditional food and they had vegetarian option! It was not on the lunch menu but they were happy to add for me! A big plus in... More

A break from the good but relentlessly promoted Lyonnais cuisine led us to Le Petit Persan (The Little Persian). Hosted by the owner of the restaurant, our dinner consisted of an entrée, a principal dish of chicken, for one, lamb for the other, and dessert and coffee. The restaurant is attractive, the food delicious, the proprietor gracious and charming. A... More

Food was original because there is few persian restaurants in France but it is not really representative of the real persian style. Would have appreciated some more rice, green vegetables and grilled tomato with the kabob. It is worth going if you never experienced persian food before.

I ate a lot of iranian food so I know how it have to be. This restaurant serves good food, but nothing special. And the portions are really small.

The Kobideh was great, better that Persian restaurants I've been to in Oslo. The service was the best I had during my vacation in France, with a solo waiter who made us feel comfortable. The restaurant was small and cozy.

Nothing exceptional in the food. We would have like to taste something typically Iranian but it was like Libaneese food. But still, the food was good and fresh and the staff friendly.

Interesting dishes that we haven't had before and the meat was so tender that melts in the mouth. Very friendly staff. Make sure to reserve as they get busy in the evenings. Good value .
