There are only three things you look for in a restaurant: great food, great service and great atmosphere. We got it all on L'Oeil De Boeuf tonight. The food was fantastic. Cooked to perfection in front of our eyes in the fireplace. The wine that was recommended was gorgeous. Mickey and his wife were so pleasent. Nothing was a problem.... More

Went here with my wife, we sat down and was perusing the menu when there was a lot of shouting in French which you didn't need to understand when you see the chef threatening the manager with a huge knife! The waitress separated them to which the chef left, moments later he came back in and knocked the manager out... More

Popped in here for lunch on a very snowy lunchtime and stayed for hours. This is a family run traditional Savoyard restaurant with lovely atmosphere and lovely food especially the beef, Bulls Eye explains it!. The open fire and chalet style work really well and we found the service very good. Food is traditional savoyard food with plenty of flavour.... More

Dined here tonight (10/2/17) A very rustic and traditional restaurant in an area that is being radically overhauled into a more contemporary resort. The food was absolutely fantastic. Great flavours and perfectly cooked. The locals love it, so it has to be good. Will be back before the end of our trip!

We have been coming here for more than 5 years and loved it every time, but this year it has really gone downhill, the escargot that used to be one of the best was completely tasteless! We ordered the best cut of meat for 2 , which was burned so badly we couldn't eat it! My wife ordered the pepper... More

Back in '92 Mickey and his parents ran this amazing restaurant. The steak was to die for and the hospitality sensational. The formula hasn't changed. A must for all. Stu and Lisa

Having sampled expensive disappointments in Courchevel it was such a welcome relief to enjoy the delights of a proper restaurant where the same family have run it with pride since 1960. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the owner Laurent a caring host, the food was sublime, the wine delicious and fantastic value. We enjoyed a 2002 Gevrey Chambertin with... More
