Eaten here a number of times over the years. Nice casual atmosphere and the foods good and consistent. The steak tartare is very good. Staff are great and the restaurant is clean. A nice place to relax and fill your belly after a hard day.

Being in the mountains gives you completely free reign to eat as much cheese as you want and fondue is the quickest and most delicious way to do it. We had decided we wanted a night of molten cheese and found this restaurant. We arrived and were seated immediately by the waiter. The atmosphere was fun and laughter permeated the... More

This restaurant had especially fun and friendly staff - really outstanding service. The food itself was average - we had tartiflette and fondue and although the food was good, we had much better cheese in other restaurants.

Close to the center of Chamonix the main advantage of this restaurant its quiet and sunny terrace with a nice view on the Aiguille du Midi and Mont-Blanc. There is quite a large range of foods correctly served and at a reasonable price.

Had F. Onion soup & veggie soup with a garlic bread as no bread came with the soups. Certainly can't fault the food but service dour and slow. Seemed to be plenty of staff but waited an age for anything. Don't sit anywhere near the door as well as its f-f-f-freeeeeezing!

Friendly service and good food. For the price compared to food I think this place was spot on. They gave us spag bol instead of spag carbonara however they rectified the mistake very well. Also forgot a bottle of badoit we ordered. Good menu of snack food.

Nice choice the one to orde the menu suggested by the house. Onion soup+fondue+ dessert for 22 euro. A relaxed restaurant at 2min walk from the absolute center of Chamonix with free WiFi

We were lucky to have great weather while visiting Mont Blanc and then walking around Chamonix. There are multiple back-to-back shops and restaurants. We liked the outside seating at Le Boccalatte. Plus, the dishes looked appetizing. I ordered the goat cheese salad and shared the vegetarian pizza. I thought the portions were generous and the flavors decent. The best part... More

Their food is good but nothing special. Other waitresses are ok but one young lady is actually always being uncharitable... Never seen her smiling.

This is a fun and delicious restaurant. We had a great meal and loved watching a very interesting and busy street in Chamonix. September is a great month to go as it was wonderful weather and you could still eat outdoors. Try the mussels they are great!
