Friendly, unassuming and surprising great value. We had the menu formule "tonic" for 12 euros that was a very good value: juice, cafe, baguette, croissant, and a delightfully garnished plate of ham, mache salad and a little individual fried egg pan! More than enough to eat, cordial service and well presented. Clean tidy place too.

The food we had here was good and a pretty good value. The menu was hand written which meant using my phone translator was a bit more of a challenge. A number of locals came in, too. Most of the food was French but not all. The carbonara was great.

We had the lunch menu of pork and potatoes with a bottle of locate rosa. The table service is very good and the quality of the food is very good value for money. We will be returning soon.

Great location. Nice sunny terrace, menu displayed on a large black board. Plenty of choice. We have ordered the steak tartare with fries, the goat cheese pain perdu salad and a steak frite for the little one. I loved my steak tartare. Massive! The salad was just beautiful, very tasty served with dried fruits, nuts and a fig jam. So... More

Wonderful cafe, very friendly service (especially for travellers with little french) and great value food. Perfect spot, for a meal, drinks or coffee. I was travelling alone and visited this cafe each day for 4 days because it was so welcoming.

I've been eating here regularly since it changed hands and was renovated a few years ago. Always pleasant, great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you're hanging in SAINT REMY, lots of choices on the diverse menu, kind of California/French cuisine (If I may) Thai Beef Salad is a hit with everyone, a little spicy for the feeble; definitely... It's February, it's too late for lunch and too early for dinner. We sat for coffee, and they offered us a couple of choices for something to eat. Okay, the Thai Salad and the Mountain of Cheesy Potatoes. It was stellar, one of the best meals we've had in France. Shocking, actually. A simple (and ample!) meal, graciously served. We... More

Spending a week in the spring and one in late summer here since 2011, this was our first visit. Very lively atmosphere and great location on the ring round. The service was quick and attentive and the menu quite extensive. Went with classic Foie gras and steak tartare as well as fish and all were tasty. Local house rose was... More

We had a great lunch of foie gras, baked mussels and a delicious Thai beef salad. The restaurant was packed, and a bit in the weeds, but this was overshadowed by great food, fair prices and warm service. Would return for sure.

We had wine, an endive salad, their plat du jour and coffee for a nice light lunch. It was a bit on the expensive side, but it was a very nice location and a popular place. The plat du jour was good, but I cannot recall what it was exactly. I do recall that we liked it. Sorry I can't... More
