The restaurant is placed in a beautiful place, but the food is average and expensive. I suppose that you pay for the view. Bland and not very coutious. Shame

It is a little adventure to get to the restaurant especially at night but the black sky full of stars was definitely worth the walk through the Calanques. We were really excited to go to that restaurant as someone recommended it. Didn't start well, the waiter made fun of us for not understanding that you had to buy a whole... More

We were so thrilled to find this gem of a place. The food was very fresh, the staff were friendly to us, and not hostile in any way. The bay it's set in is just so beautiful, Access could be a problem, as the only way to get there from the car park is along a narrow path. I guess... More

I visited while in Marseille after my airbnb host advised my to check this part of Marseille. You will read about it and people will tell you about this place... but to be honest, it's a bit "meh". Depending on how you like to spend your day by the water, this can be just your ideal place (rocks and water,... More

Despite the very mixed comments on Tripadvisor, we had a family lunch there last week end. 1st of all, the place is fantastically located, you feel like in a greek island while still in Marseilles. From the comments, we were expecting the service to be rude but I've to admit they were super friendly and reactive despite the restaurant being... More

Although the location and the view are fantastic, this restaurant has ridiculous prices and the most unfriendly staff ever.

To sum up: Bad service, extremely overpriced(5 euro's for a can of soda) & unfriendly, unrespectful and rude staff. When we tried to go back to the car park 5 minutes(!) after we left, we were not allowed to cross the restaurant, but had to make a detour. Just take your own drinks & food, and save yourself the hassle. The... More

You need to be nimble to get to la Baie des Singes. First you have to negotiate Marseille's terrifying road system, then find your way out along the coast along a road that gets progressively narrower and rougher, then park and then shin over the rocks, so sensible shoes are a good idea. But, oh! Is the effort worth it!... More

The restaurant is a big joke!!! We just passed by when we where out drivning around in our car. It was in lunch-time and we had simple clothes (dressed for beach). But they are stupid refusing us to eat.We went somewhere else to eat, but the restaurant want last long if it will refuse costumers that are willing to pay... More

Without doubt it's unusual place to go! In the middle of nowhere you need to have a walk by the hills to discover this unique peace place. Nothing comparable exists! that's really unique. Food is great amazing catch of day or local Bouillabaisse ( didn't try), garlic calamaris are a treat... can't stop ! Definitely something to try and to... More
