I read a few reviews and thought this would be a great place. Boy, was I wrong. Our salad was good, but an hour and still waiting for our entree is absolutely ridiculous. We are placed at a table inside just before going outside. I am very disappointed. And falling a sleep. Really wish we would have picked another place.... More

staff is not kind. I don't want to visit again 직원이 친철하지 않네요 어드바이저 보고 왔는데 맛은 어떨지.....점심때 왔는데 코스가 2가지만 선택이 가능하고 음식 맛은 제 입맛에는 안 맞네요

This place lives by its name which is well justified. The hors d'houevres are spectacular and could be a meal on their own. Check out the works of art hanging on the walls. IN the past now famous, but then poor , artists would pay for food by giving a painting.

A great find on the backstreets of St Paul, well worth a visit. We were lucky enough to get a table outside, sitting in the sun. Fantastic food and service . Couldn't be faulted. We will certainly return and enjoy once again

Lobster ravioli and Thai style scallops were perfectly cooked. The restaurant have few tables outside in a little street where you may feel the antique spirit of this art village

We stopped in this beautiful hill top town for a wander and of course lunch. Parking just out of town we walked up and around the ancient walls with beautiful views, walks and many quaint and quirky shops. You're spoilt for choice for lunch stops so walked past the first swathe of restaurants and came upon Caruso. Charming service and... More

The 2 meals we had at Le Caruso were dining highlights of our 2 weeks in France. Chef Barthélemy and his server Ludovic made us feel very welcome and treated us to some truly wonderful dishes. The profiteroles stuffed with herb chèvre are exceptional and the Venere risotto is fabulous. I was even treated to a lesson on how to... More

Worst meal we eat at the French Riviera. The food was mediocre at best and the service was lousy. To top it off, the server tried to overcharge us for an extra menu item. We tried most of the highly rated trip advisors restaurants around the area and this was the only bad one.

Visited Le Caruso with friends and enjoyed the restaurant. Received friendly and joyfull service during the meal. Good quality of dishes prepared without unneccsary extra's. Eating outside is in the small street. Given the setting of Saint Paul de Vence this does not disturb the experience.

The food was delicious and the setting was lovely, in a quiet cobbled street. Service was friendly and there were vegetarian options on the menu. We especially enjoyed the goats cheese profiteroles and the fillet of steak with foie gras. Book in advance during summer months if you want to sit outside as there are only a few tables and...
