We visited this restaurant our last night in Honfleur, and we were very satisfied with service and food. The place felt very genuine with a cozy athmosphere. The seafood was impeccable. Prices also very good.

Inexpensive, but quite good for lunch. Service was friendly and accommodating. the Cucumber salads were very nice, the fish skewers were well-cocked and the Salmon was nicely done. The tarts were fine for desert.

Right at the heart of this beautiful town, next door to St Catherine's Church, is this unassuming restaurant. To be honest we took a gamble and chose the lunch menu special (3 courses for EUR13.90). Remarkable value and very tasty food. Had the half litre of Alsace Riesling which was a delight. Interesting surroundings, with a eclectic mix of furniture... More

It was eight years since we had last been to Le Corsair and we were delighted to find it was as good as we had remembered. The location is nice, the views from the windows are good, the ambience is nice and the food great. We had the good basic three course meal and cannot fault what we ate, which... More

My first visit to Honfleur and this little restaurant was an excellent choice. A warm fire burning in the grate as we entered, family service and character decor. The "Menu €13.90" was my choice with Mussels in cream sauce, then Salmon in sorrel sauce with Creme Caramel as a dessert. Service was good, the food was hot and perfectly cooked.... More

Very busy when we went there so maybe the service was not as fast as it might have otherwise been. Family run establishment with fairly good range of menu - nice place to sit outside. I had the local Tripe De Caen which was not so good (overdone and tasteless) but my wife had Poulet Normand which she said was... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value at this little restaurant. The service was efficient and polite. I would recommend this place for good seafood that will not break the bank.

We were visiting Honfleur and wanted to stop for a simple meal. The restaurants on the waterfront did not seem that attractive, with people constantly walking by. We rather chose Le Corsaire which is on the Place St Catherine. We sat outside, and had a very pleasant meal at a most reasonable price--13,90 for appetizer, entree and desert. Everything was... Great venue a little bit away from the tourist area and much better food than around the harbour. Service is great. Feels like you are in a proper local restaurant and many French dining there rather than just tourists. Highly recommended. Moule Frites are delicious naturally! Had a great bottle of muscadet sur lie too.

This is away from the port and very local.all French people. The fish is excellent and the French drink rose de Provence wine when the sun is out. The deserts are home made and the setting is excellent.
