This place was recommended to me by a friend with the following phrase, "They only ask you 2 questions. What colour do you want your steak, and what colour wine." And I'm really glad I took his advice. The menu is extremely simple and consists of an entree of Walnut salad, and a main course of steak in a garlic... More

On regular basis with my wife we are going downtown and we stop by at the Entrecote. Never disappointed. Of course the outfit is tong time the same. But the receipt is very kind. Price is correct and you are served very fast. Quality of the food always very good and constant good. Always with great pleasure to go back... More

We have been to this restaurant before and what you get is good steak and chips (the chips just keep coming) in a mustard and butter sauce, the only option is how you want your steak cooked. The starter salad with walnuts is refreshing and the wine is house by the bottle, desert is an option .Don't get there late... More

If you're a meat fan, that's the place for you in Toulouse. It's not "by chance" that it's the only plate they serve: thin slices of meat so beautifully cooked and the green pepper sauce is delicious. And it comes with a huge mountain of happiness...I mean, fries. Those are not so crunchy, but still, very tasty! We didn't ask... More

Want a choice? A broad menu? Don't bother. Want the best steak frites, done superbly & generously served, with a simple walnut salad to start? This is the place to come. Amazing profiteroles too, enough for 2!

Food is the usual "entrecôte" with fries and the sauce had nothing special. Service is good. Will not go back.

You have no menu choice at this restaurant except for how you want your steak cooked. But then you would only go here if you wanted steak and fries. I found it very tasty. Pleasant staff and good service. Huge queue when I was leaving at 8pm on a Sunday night!! Would definitely return.

This restaurant is reliable for steak and frites and provides attentive service and a good - if tiny - wine selection.

We were really looking forward to our meal as this restaurant came recommended. I didn't realise it was a chain. The green salad with walnuts was very nice, the steak was cooked beautifully but sorry I found the 'famous' sauce overpowering. The dessert was industrial not homemade. Pricey for what it is.

This place is soo famous in Toulouse. Especially their own steak sauce recipe which is secret is very tasty. They have only one menu. Some salad as entree, unlimited fries and large quantity of steak. Should visit this restaurant when you are in toulouse. Highly recommended to reserve or else you need to wait in a huge line outside.

The unique menu remained unchanged since the beginning. This formula is composed of a decked slice of sirloin (170 grams) accompanied with french fries and its famous sauce. His son Henry, opened in a restaurant in Toulouse in 196,2 Bordeaux in 1966, Nantes in 1980, Montpellier in 1990, and finally Lyon in 1999. These restaurants are characterized by scots and black mural decor, a yellow topping and a lemon hostesses with black and yellow apron. The exterior is embellished by yellow and black blinds vertical stripes for a best effect !
