Place Wilson is a bustling , trendy place and seats outside this brasserie are hard to come by. The interior is a more modern style but staff are friendly and efficient and drinks reasonably priced. There are other places in the square if you need to be outside and can't get in here.

Nice coffee, pleasant atmosphere and deft waiters! Hot chocolate was too sweet, my travel companion says. I really liked my cafe au lait

We decided on some Tapas for the evening as it was very warm. We sat outside and the waiter arrived very quickly with a menu. We decided on cocktails while waiting for our food. They use real fruit rather than juices, so they taste a little different. The patatas bravas, fish rillettes and salmon with guacamole on toast were all... More

Only way to fight snobbery it out wit them with your "Kir Royale" when they try to beat you down at your own game. Add tarte de Framboise and you get a free ride to stardom!

A typical brasserie, with huge (if not very tasty) croissants and good coffee. Service is ok, so if you are in place Wilson, it's ok for a short break. Overall=6,5/10.

I thought the French were renowned for their food, well if it’s for substandard school dinners then this place will win hands down. The chef really must have been having an off day, food that should have been cooked through IE; the chicken on the mixed grill was pink inside and the burgers which should have been a little pink... We went here for breakfast and expected the price to be in the normal range of 5 to 8 euros. We had the usual juice, hot drink, half a baguette between two and croissants. The bill if 21 euros 50c came as a shock. Our fault for not asking, of course but we felt ripped off nonetheless.

I am able to comment only on the drinks since we did not have food at this restaurant. The drinks were not too bad (mojito & margarita) but not the best. I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers that this place is great for people watching.
