Traditional French cuisine (coq au vin, blanquette, ...). Old grocery store, nicely decorated, good service.

Very nice, though not expensive. Good atmosphere and very friendly personnel! Simple and fresh cuisine! A menu (starter/main/desert) for only 20,50! Delicious crumble as a desert. They made place for our babystroller.

My wife and I found this restaurant after walking around Place Stanislaus in Nancy. It was cute offering indoor and outdoor seating and what drew us was the focus on local Lorraine cuisine. We loved the place and the food was outstanding. My wife ordered the quiche and it was one of the most flavorful and lightest we'd ever tried.... More

We stayed in Nancy two nights and we have dinner in this restaurant all two evenings. The first evening we ordered one tarte au munster and one estouffade boeuf. All was really wonderful and in particular way the tarte au fromage blanche was really incredible. The second evening we decided to return in this restaurant and we ordered again the... More

I understand that they have alot of guests, i understand that lot of tourists like to eat dishes that they already know but... Tartar with French fries? Mix of nice local dishes like quiche lorraine or foie gras with junk Food looks a bit like frankenstein. Plus, every time there was another waiter at our table, and thanks to that... More

We picked this place for its cosyness, the warm lights, the jars with pickles on the walls, and because it's nicely full. There is even a story on the front page of the menu, starring Marguerite, the first owner of this ancient grocery shop, who kept candies by the counter. And once the story over, it gets even more interesting.... More

This restaurant is NOT customer friendly at all and shoud be avoided by any foreign customer! The servie staff is not caring about your order and refuses to help you ordering in other languages. They know english, but still answering in french and pretend that they can't help you! Pure ignorance! That's why even the words "well done" for steaks... More
