I'm often in Narbonne mid-afternoon in the summer, and find that Le Mallicolo is a delightful place to stop for a bite to eat. They have tables out on the sidewalk, and I love to sit and watch the activity on the Rue as I eat my quiche and have a glass of rose. The waitress is friendly and accommodating... More

I would have loved to give this friendly little family run restaurant a 5 Star Excellent review, because it was a delight to visit. And they are serving some rather interesting and different food from the same old French cuisine that most mid-range French restaurants serve. My partner’s Beef and Chorizo Enchilada with Vegetable Quinoa and lovely refreshing side Salad... More

Very nice family restaurant. We found it by a chance. This was Monday and a lot of restaurants were closed. I hate this in France. All the time this is problem to visit a good restaurant on Sunday or Monday and from 14:00-18:00. But this place were working on Monday, near to the place which was closed. So we wanted... More

Simple pleasures can often be the best and this quaint little restaurant certainly qualifies for me. We have visited each time we have come to Narbonne over the last 3-4 years and have yet to be disappointed. Menu not extensive but so what, what there is is simple and just about right for a light lunch. We book when passing... More

Do not miss this place. You may need to book but if you come early you may be lucky. The owners are exquisite, as the food. An excellent mix of flavours for a tastefull meal, in particular the salads.

I came to Narbonne in July 2013 to spend the day, and after several hour of seeing the sights, needed rest and refreshment. I found this lovely restaurant in the old city and fully enjoyed my meal on the street terrace, watching people walk by. I returned this past week and wondered if it were still here. To my delight,... More

Such a lovely surprise upon entering this restaurant! small and quaint! loads of character. The food was excellent along with wonderful service. I would go here again if I got the chance. The coffee was also excellent.

Yesterday we had lunch here for the third time and it really is a little gem. A very simple tiny room, just six tables inside, with Monsieur cooking behind a counter and Madame serving. The food is very simple too, excellent Bruschetti and Tartes Salés, but generous portions and always served with a good salad. The €12 lunch included a glass... More

We have eaten here a few times and I always enjoy it. We've usually had the salads. Today we tried one of their "main" dishes. It is light eating and is not a typical French restaurant with courses. They divide the menu between different types of quiches, salads, main plates and what they call bruchettas which is a large slice... More
