We found this place just off the Place d'Hotel de Ville on one of our first evenings in Narbonne. It seemed as if everything we went to was closed or closing around 8pm and we were wondering if we'd get dinner that night. We had a decent pizza here along with a pitcher of house red wine.

This pizza place has an excellent location and service was friendly...menus in English. It is basically a pizza restaurant and we opted for salads...too bad...our vegetarian salads were really run of the mill and nothing special. The pizzas looked great however. Our neighbor was having moules et frites and he looked happy.

We went here first night of our stay Pizza was superb but service was pretty bad (down to the lanky balding waiter who forgott about us on no less than three occasions) on our second night we were tired and this was about the closest to our hotel. We knew the food was OK we returned and what a difference... More

Visited this restaurant at lunchtime on a beautiful day in September. My wife and I were glad of the large shade providing parasols. There was a resident dog who vetted all visiting dogs until he spotted a chihuahua in the distance and deserted his post. We both had homemade beef burgers with scalloped chips. We both enjoyed our meals. Visiting... More

Unplanned lunch stop. We were given a choice of table and a menu in our 1st language (English) which was very helpful. Staff were very friendly and service was prompt although there was no visit to our table to check that we were happy with everything (not really a problem as we were) The Salad Balinese was beautifully presented in... Bottled salad dressing, iceberg lettuce in a supposed French green salad with nuts and blue chees, which was Emmental and not blue. Two small pieces of tomato that tasted as if they'd been sliced with a fish knife and a couple of shrivelled ends of cucumber that were so dry they could have been hanging around for months. Yuk!

Had intended to dine at a different restaurant nearby but left as the service was terrible, so found the Ave Domitius. What a lovely venue, with such friendly service and the food was fantastic for the price. They also had menus in different languages and they spoke english. Highly recommended over all.

Pizzas are huge, salads looked appetising, but today we chose pasta - carbonara for me, and roquefort for my spouse.

Visited Ave Domitius several times because their big menu (available in English + other languages) offers many choices including pizza. They offer special three course and two course deals with limited options or you can order a la carte. A few days ago my wife had an excellent fish with seafood stew, and I enjoyed mussels mariniere. Prices are modest... More
