Both had Moules et Frites which were pretty good. House white was very nice. Service was good, both guys spoke better English than my French. Nice location opposite the Arena. Pretty well priced as well. Although on seeing the Lamb Shank Tagine as the Plat Du Jour, I wish I'd chosen that.

We have been going to this restaurant now regularly for eight years, Spring, Summer and Autumn, not least because my daughter loves the Magret de Canard that they do. Over the years the food has been fine, if not outstanding, but one has to realise that it is a Brasserie and is not trying to do fine dining. One of... More

The food (we ordered pizza) was edible but not great. The coffee was awful. Service was pretty bad too. I guess they don't have to try being right in front of the arena.

While the mussels were good, the service was poor. We had to keep asking for things they had forgotten. Forget the pudding as it is obviously not homemade. Good position in relation to the Arenes but they obviously do not feel they have to try too hard.

This would have to be the very worst food I have eaten in my world travels. Perhaps it was my fault for ordering poorly but the calamari was presented in an inedible, tastelessly bland thick coating. The eggplant dish was also a massive disappointment, it left a predominately burnt taste in your mouth. The setting is perfect, with the arena... More

Short and too the point this review. I went to this restaurant for the moule frites and they were excellent! Up there in my top 3.But staff are awful, really ignorant and not engaging at all! Go for the moules and ignore the staff!

We went after a concert at the Arena. There was only one waiter working in our half of the outdoor area and so service was really slow. The wine was forgettable, the steaks chewy, and the fries were greasy, but the chocolate truffle dessert was good.

Given this restaurant's location on the edge of the Arênes, they know, like a number of other places nearby, that they can rely on an influx of tourists to fill their terrace for lunch, so don't expect anything great--other than the view. Service was slow and not particularly attentive. Food was average. I asked for my beef skewer medium rare... More

Inside and outside seating with good view on passing pedestrian traffic & bang opposite the arena. Food, service and prices were okay and quite adequate. Not rushed which was nice.
