This place is so busy and we were lucky to have popped in right as there was a lull. The staff are friendly and accommodating of poor French. I had the crepe with andouille sausage. It was the best crepe I've ever had! Savory, fresh, and very filling! We finished with a pear, chocolate and almond crepe which was also... More

Love this neighbourhood and love this spot for crepes. The ingredients are top quality, the service is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have a great variety of crepes to choose from, with a delicious goats cheese vegetarian option. Be sure to book in advance!

For our first trip to Paris my husband and I wanted to try this place as it kept popping up in my research. I was unable to make reservations in advance and I regretted that decision very much. Please switch to online booking as this is so much easier for travelers like myself. Anywho we went around 1pm - the... More

A lovely café serving tasty crepes in a lovely neighborhood. We were a bit tired after walking and shopping in Marais area for a few hours, gladly we found Breizh café. It is a good place to relax for a while. Service was OK. Price was reasonable. Crepes and coffee were good. Worth going to.

I readily admit that the Breizh Cafe makes nice galettes & crepes with quality ingredients. Furthermore, I have never had a negative experience with the food or cider. That said, Breizh does not offer the overall atmosphere that I prefer in a creperie, and as a Paris resident, I rarely ever go there. And there are reasons for this. First,... More

This is one of the places you don't want to miss. Crepes are prepared very well and theres a lot to choose from. The place is very small so be prepared to wait a bit, it is cozy and the decor is mostly in wood. Staff is friendly and fast. Better to go with someone so you can share the... More

We stumbled upon this gem of a place in the Marais. If you like crepes / galettes it is a must and the prices are very reasonable. They also have a fabulous deli next door. Go!

We were lucky to get a table on Sunday at 6 p.m. They were fully booked from 7 p.m. on (we'd tried unsuccessfully to get a reservation before our trip, and the helpful email informed us that we should try to come between 2 and 6 p.m.) and we had to promise to be out by 6 p.m. It wasn't... More

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
