The friendly quality service in the small intimate open kitchen tiny area is super. The wine list is limited, on the younger side but adequate. The food is all very fresh and of solid quality. One highlight was the exceptionally well-prepared pigeon and fois gras...More

We had a lovely meal here on a Friday night in June 2017. Spring was recommended by friends who'd spent a month at a cooking school in Paris, and it lived up to their description as their favorite restaurant in the city. We opted for...More

Ate here last week during a holiday in Paris. 4-course tasting menu, heavily on the fish side. You basically eat what they serve. Nice wines by the glass to accompany the courses. Overall, it was good. Food prepared well and the service was very nice....More

He's got the hottest restaurants in NYC and Paris, and Spring is still amazing and delicious. Prix fixe menu, which can be altered for vegetarians or pescatarians, as with our party. They accommodated us on a walk-in, and treated us like kings and queens.

Food is awesome with a fixed degustation menu that changes every month. The service is, by far, the most attentive and warm we came across in Paris. Wine list is also great with lots of surprises. Highly recommended. Worth a star very soon.

We are here our first night in Paris. I can't think of a better introduction to the French cuisine, high standards and experience. I would definitely recommend this place. Amazing service!!

After having read many reviews I thought that I would giving this a much better review. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and I loved being able to see the kitchen while they prepare the meal. The menu is set by the chef based on season...More
