Breakfast in America is located right next to the Hotel Emile in which we were staying. The Hotel Emile has a light breakfast included in the stay, but if you want to fill up before a day of sight seeing you might want to visit Breakfast in America. Classic American breakfast food but better because the French really know how... More

Excellent location on the corner of rue de Rivoli and rue Malher in the 4th. If you're looking for more than a croissant and cold cuts this is a nice option. American 1960's diner style, eggs any way you want them, bacon, ham, omlets, French toast, fresh juice and a coffee cup that is never empty. Ate here 3 times... More

This restaurant is the perfect version of an American diner breakfast in the middle of Paris. The staff was wonderful and the food was awesome!

If you're really missing an American breakfast then give it a shot. But if you've had really good diner food from excellent Northeast US diners, you'll be disappointed. The pancakes are OK, potatoes not bad and eggs somewhat cooked to order. Might be better off with an omelette. Coffee was OK and they did refill. Initially the guy who seated... More

Arrived Thurs 11h30. Relatively full. 2 seats free at counter otherwise occupied by 4 girls. Missed the sign at the entrance asking to wait outside to be seated. Was directed back outside by a wee Nelson who declined to explain why I couldn't have one of the free seats at the counter. Waited 10 mins and was seated at a... More

We ordered two bacon burger (the fries were included) and he really enjoyed the food is amazing. You can also choose to have cheese... More

This very small diner looks great and has a good menu. We were served very quickly and one waiter was really friendly and helpful. We both had burgers which were cooked just as we asked and finished it with a lovely ores milkshake :)

Kind is reminds me of a place we would go from breakfast after a night of clubbing. Small but no too small. The wait staff was typical Parisian, not too fast, but helpful and polite. I had the California chikem wrap and my wife had a normal breakfast. It was good

Staying in Le Marais

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
