One of the best fish restaurant in paris. Good location, easy parking with a voiturier. Staff very efficient and plaisant, sommelier very knowledgeable. Pricy but worth it.

I started with a composition of shelled brown cake with asparagus and moved on to steamed cod on lentils with truffle sauce. All really good. And with perfect service.

Since 1883, the restaurant Dessirier is famous for its fish, seafood and oyster bar. Since 1996, Michel Rostang succeeded to keep up this reputation.
The chef, trained at the Rostang school, and its team prepare whole fish, grilled or "en croute de sel" from the daily arrival: gorgeous sea bream (1,2 kg), turbot (1,5 kg), sea bass (1,2 kg) or the indispensable sole of 1,2 kg which is unique in Paris. The Menu also mixes the "Classiques" such as Bouillabaisse or Vol-a-Vent with new creations like the Lobster & Crab cakes or the Cockles from Barfleur, "Camus" artichoke risetto with "rattes" potatoes.
With its new interior design exalting contemporary art and Cuisine, Dessirier is the place to be in Paris for those who are looking for a sailing spirit.
