We walked over to Les Cocottes, recommended by Hotel Muguet, on a Sunday evening, hoping to get in. There was a line of people outside, but the hostess told us it would be 15 minutes or so. We were seated at the bar and had...More

I've been to this bistro on a number of occasions, and try to go each time I visit Paris. It's great for a small group or on your own like I was last time, you can sit at the bar and watch the plates being...More

We spent out last night in Paris at Les Cocottes and it was such a wonderful meal from start to finish. Our waitress recommended a great bottle of wine and I also had a raspberry/champagne specialty cocktail that was so fresh. We had the "rocket...More

Service is racist-slapping rude and crappy. Food may be good, but hey- you are in Paris. When competition is high with great quality restaurants, service is what distinguish from Michelin starred or not. I totally experienced minority racial discrimination. (1) They ignored me when they...More

I was expecting this restaurant to be delicious, but the main course was a real let down: the beef was tough, as though from a cow with a passion for rock climbing in the Pyrenees, and served with glorified over cooked macaroni and cheese. The...More

I was there with friends on Friday evening and we loved it. The quality is good and vegetables are fresh. It is very close to Eiffel Tower. Nice waiters and one of them speaks very good English.

We dined at this place 4 years ago and had a much better experience then. We were seated right away because the place was pretty empty. One thing that was annoying, the air conditioner was not turned on until about 45 minutes after we were...More

First the food was very good. The staff was attentive, but seemed a bit cool and even impatient at first. The dishes were unusual -- I have never eaten pigeon or pig's feet! Anyway...we were looking for a true French meal and mood. This place...More

A recommendation from Majestic Hotel where we stayed. I was excited feeling the food would be good. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Their pate foie gras had no taste at all. The worst I've had in Paris! Everything we ordered wasn't good. I wouldn't come...More

This was a dining experience. The staff was fluent in English which was a great help. The environment is sleek and elegant. The staff is attentive and polished. Several time I asked "if you were torn between x and y, what would you do?" Not...More

No, what would appear to be a bar is really more seats for serving meals. I imagine you could just order a drink if you wanted to but this is really a restaurant with all places set to serve meals.
