Arriving half an hour too late then our reservation, due to the fact that I mixed the restaurants and went to the wrong one first. In the Chateaubriand we were seated at the only 2 seats at the bar. Directly overlooking the restaurant and the blazing activity at the bar. We received 5 apetizers followed by 5 courses of creative... More

Surprised this restaurant doesn't have a higher rating! It was recommended by a friend and we loved it. We had about ten courses and every one was fabulously presented, unbelievable balance of flavours and great timing. We did the drinks pairing and was well worth it! I guess tasting menus aren't everyone's cup of tea but for us it was... More

Fabulous meal with a variety of flavours. This restaurant only offers a tasting menu, and can adapt for vegetarians. The matched wines were fantastic and really complemented the food well. The highlights were sea bass with mushrooms (just the mushrooms for the veggie, which were awesome), and a pumpkin ice cream with nutmeg and a meringue topping. Highly recommended and... More

At Le Chateaubriand they only serve a tasting menu. Experimental. Some dishes maybe more fun than really tasty. But overall really, really good. Only decision that needs to be made is if to add the suggested wines or if to have something else. Pre booking needed.

I've been dying to go here for years but booking a table was a royal pain. Finally, I got one for friends visiting from out of town. After reading some recent reviews, I was worried: what if this place is past its prime? The courses are uneven? It's expensive? Snobby? The service was lovely, not snobby in the least -... More

Great food that came quickly in a quirky basement near our hotel. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This restaurant is very exiting: they try new and innovative combinations and a few of the courses was a little bit to weird for me, but the ones that they got right were mind blowing. I really recommend this place if you want to try something new. The atmosphere was a bit crowded and load.

I had very high hopes about this restaurant as I had it recommended from a friend of mine who is very interested in food as well. Although the food was very well made and tasted very good I was slightly disappointed - there was something missing and I could not put my finger on what it was. I would, however,... More

My husband and I ate here a couple of nights ago on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. We were utterly blown away. There is a different fixed menu (and no other options) each night (60 Euros), with a wine pairing option (65 Euros). On the night we went the menu consisted of 5 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts.... Our last meal in Paris after a brief trip. Friendly informative staff, nice vibe and creative tasting menu. Really interesting flavor combinations. They can also accommodate allergies without skipping a beat.
