This meal, from the moment that we entered the restaurant and were greeted by the entire staff, to the moment that we left with Chef Pierre Gangaire waiving us off from the doorway, was simply AMAZING! Neither of us had been to a restaurant with one Michelin star, let alone THREE, so we did not know what to expect. What... More

We went there for one of my friends birthday. In a nutshell: - interior design: the place looks hold and is far from the modern look that a lot of its peer are currently having. Paris is an exceptional city and this restaurant does not reflect the strength of the French hospitality and restaurant. I would give it a two... More

You cannot underestimate the meaning of the word 'guest' in this establishment. From the moment you walk up to the door (if you are expected), you are greeted warmly by the entire staff and attended to every need throughout the entire meal. The staff answered all questions and interacted with nicely with every guest. The food, of course, was divine... More

As soon as we sat down at Pierre Gagnaire, a feast of beautiful little bites were elegantly set on the table before us. Despite how artistically and beautifully arranged all the amuse bouche were on the table (almost too pretty to eat), our wonderful server, Alexande, informed us that there were no rules and to simply enjoy. Enjoy we did.... More

What a restaurant! My fiancé and I went for a lunch to celebrate our engagement and could not have been happier with the experience. The service was impeccable - polished (as you might expect), but with a warm, personal touch. The food was incredible - the lunch menu was excellent value and very interesting. The wine list was extensive and... More

This is a famous 3 star Michelin restaurant and it was fantastic. We ate at several top restaurants in Paris recently and this is easily the best. The food is amazing in its complexity and adventure and is successful. The ambience is elegant and welcoming and the staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

My family and I visited Pierre Gagniare for lunch, to try to get the famous Michelin-star experience for a bit less than dinner would have run. We were not disappointed. The restaurant, in the Hotel Balzac, is a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and is quiet and beautifully appointed. The staff, despite us being in walking-around clothes, greeted... More
