It was indeed very good as I saw on tripadvisor but we waited half an hiur before we could get seated and the servers couldn't speak english. But the food was one of the best vietnamese in Paris!

Arriving in Paris on rainy, chilly August morning makes one crave comforting, warm fare -- and Pho 14 is the answer. The atmosphere continues to be less than relaxing, and the dishes continue to be excellent.

This was a repeat visit after 2 years and the standard has definitely gone down. We ordered the premium raw beef pho and the meat was ok but somewhat tough was was not the case before. It was not bad enough to send back but...More

Like the place. Busy n solid. Had the typical beef pho with generous bean sprouts to go with. Broth, very comforting. Also had my favourite spring roll n steamed roll. Will definitely go back.

I went there at around 8pm and needed to queue up for around 30 minutes. The beef pho tasted good and I liked the soup very much. In less than Eur 10, you have a big bowl of hearty noodles. Highly recommended!

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Paris! Authentic tradicional food! The price is a bit higher than others asian restaurants though... Very recommended

Far off the beaten path, this part of Paris is a
forgotten gem worth exploring. Avenue d’Ivry houses
Europe's largest Chinatown with great Asian
supermarkets and shops, and a thrilling atmosphere
around Chinese New Year. Place d’Italie impresses
onlookers as soon as they set their eyes on it. Not
far, around La Butte aux Cailles, the streets suddenly
imitate provincial France and you’ll feel like you’ve
