Le souffle as a dish is of French origin (at least in my mindset :)), so it makes perfect sense to go for it when in Paris. We did that and it was above any expectations. The souffles (different additions - both sweet and non-sweet) look and taste just amazing. Like nothing I tried before, actually. The place itself is... More

This is a stop my mom and I would always make when in Paris. They only have soufflés. Our favorites have been the Lobster, raspberry and chocolate. Our first visit was is 1978. Looking forward to the next time to eat at Le Soufflé.

We are always on the lookout for a restaurant where our food allergic teen can safely eat. It is especially challenging outside of the U.S. Le Soufflé was just down the block from our hotel, so we checked their menu and decided we would like to try some authentic French soufflés. The staff was wonderful to explain their food preparations... More

So you're in Paris and you want to eat something traditionally French. Le Soufflé is the place to go! Make reservations ahead though! Looks like two seatings per night, at 7PM and 9 PM. Small place, about 12 tables but very elegant. There are several menu options to choose from, two of which are prix fixe. Of these two, one... More

Every time I go to Paris I am sure to dine here. It has been a family favorite for years and always meets our expectations. We found it by chance when staying at a nearby hotel and have been in love with it since then. You can't get a more Parisian atmosphere and the food is incredible.

Stopped in late night for dessert souffle and some wine after noticing a few open tables. My husband had the chocolate with gran marnier, I had the creme brulee...both delicious..wine went well with dessert. We had a nice time. The exterior very charming..inside needs a decorator! Service very good

Great find near the Louvre and Tuileries. 2 savory (Ham & Cheese and Tomato Basil). A half bottle of white wine. And a delicious dessert souffle of chocolate with rum and white cream sauce. Total bill: 60 Euro..great value and quality.

Had dinner here last week and it was wonderful. I booked a table for 4 on a Friday night at 9, and when we arrived, there was a lovely table by the window in the front waiting for us. The waiters were all very gracious and professional. Having read some of the reviews, each couple opted to share a three... More
