They offer a 3 course meal for a set price. I would recommend that you get a souffle for one course because an appetizer and dessert as souffle's is too much.

After reading several good reviews we decided to give the restaurant a try. Arrived just after 2 for a late lunch. The place was still pretty busy but we were seated right away. The table next to us had a single diner who raved about her shuffle's. We decided on a salad starter (wonderful and fresh), the chicken/mushroon souffle for... More

Have you ever tried to make a soufflé? Throw away the pans and fly to Paris. This hidden little gem has been here 55 years! It's a very small restaurant and seating is tight. They specialize in the art of soufflé but menu includes other wonderful things such as a memorable duck plate and awesome escargot. Nice simple wine menu... More

We had a great dinner, with all soufflè for each course. I do think the chocolate soufflè was the best, is it not always. It is a fun, intimate restaurant to try while in Paris.

Enjoyed our dinner here for 6 adults. Souffles are very good, especially for dessert. Reasonably priced. Tip - sit in the back room if you can. Much quieter when it gets busy. Has other items on the menu if you don't want all souffles.

While one can order a soufflé at just about any French restaurant, places which specialize are extremely rare - this is the only one in Paris! There's one in San Francisco as well - Josephine's. Le Soufflé has a simple decor, but is elegant, and the food is fantastic. We got a short-notice table for 4 with no problem, and... More

This small and intimate restaurant prepares souffles that are both savory and sweet, a flavour for all taste buds.Food comes out hot and tall you will never disappointed. An Appetizer, Entree and Dessert topped with a suggested bottle of wine by their fine waitstaff and you will find you had one of the best French meals in Paris. I personally... More

We had a lovey meal with soufflé for all 3 courses: chèvre, chicken & mushroom and then grand mariner & chocolate. It was delicious. Definitely worth the experience.

The price fixed menu is fantastic, the soufflés are light and airy! I recommend going very hungry as they are rich, but well worth the meal if you're looking for a soufflé experience! The pistachio and chocolate drizzle soufflé dessert is out of this world and I highly recommend it. It was also our last dinner of our honeymoon, and... More

We came to Le Souffle on a weekday evening. We got there around 8pm but there were no tables. The friendly staff allowed us to book one for 9pm, so we had a drink at the bar opposite until it was time for us to go for dinner. I had a delicious asparagus souffle for my main and my husband... More
