As we arrived at the restaurant we waited in line for over an hour in -4 conditions but as long as the wait was it was 100% worth it. I'm not even a big steak fan but after that meal I have seen it in a whole new light. The secret sauce used for the steak was to die for... More

It doesn't get any simpler than only needing to answer two questions 1) what would you like to drink 2) how would you like your steak cooked! The steak is magnificent, as is the signature sauce. At first I was worried we'd leave hungry as the portion isn't big, but suddenly the waitress appeared with our second serving of steak... More

We wend during lunchtime. Its one price so the choice was simple - deserts are extra. The food was excellent and there was plenty for the four of us. We were stuffed!! Yet, we tried out the deserts and they are not to be skipped in this restaurant!! They looked great and the tasted great. The Creme Brulee is the... More

A must try in Paris! The local wine goes perfectly with the food! A little bit expensive but worth it!

Very good steak, cut in thin slices with their secret sauce and excellent French fries. Be prepared to wait in line for a long time (they don't take reservations). But the meal is definitely worth the wait. Very good service

Though I was lucky, didn't have so many in front of me. Planned the visit way back, wasn't disappointed! My first experience was their Beirut branch, which I think beats this one with ambiance. Still, very nice experience, delicious signature steak, and the must have ice cream profiteroles!

Busy restaurant with no reservations, no menu but good food, Set 2 course menu at €26.50 Per person. Starting with salad with delicious dressing followed by steak and frites with special sauce and 2nd helpings. Thought meat was tougher than previous visits, Service is speedy and efficient. Good dessert menu.

I used to go to this restaurant a few years ago when friends came to visit Paris. It had outstanding meat quality, the sauce was unique and Eli ions and the service was great. Unfortunately, tonight everything was below average! The only good thing was the desert! Sad to see this milestone loosing it all! Two stars just for the... More

We "accidentally" found this place while out walking. What a find!!!!! And no french needed as they only ask two questions- what will you drink and how do you like your steak!!! Then they come around d with seconds of the steak and fries!!!! Absolutely delicious. Save room for dessert/ we met a lovely french man who suggested the profiteroles... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Saint-Germain-des-Pres
In Saint-Germain-des-Prés, life is effortlessly chic and all things are beautiful. The main boulevard is dotted with famed terraced cafés, haut-couture shops, ivy-covered railings and fine-dining restaurants. Antique dealers and art galleries surround the fine art school and small museums hide in unassuming squares. The neighbourhood’s namesake church is the oldest in Paris and is the backdrop for talented musicians every weekend. The Luxembourg Gardens house the national senate, splendid lawns and flourishing flower beds. Famous faces and bourgeois Parisians frequent Saint Germain accompanied by the students of Rue Saint Guillaume and Rue des Saints-Pères. This is a neighbourhood where afternoon people-watching from a café or playing cards in a brasserie are a key part of the daily fabric.
