I've been going to the Buisson Ardent for many years, and it has not slipped a bit. My most recent selection was not adventurous, but nonetheless, even was perfect. This is a Michelin star establishment at bistro prices. Well worth it.

In a city with so many good restaurants this one is worth seeking out. It's small, with a well crafted menu. The food was delicious and of course well presented. The service was excellent including very good recommendations for wine. Highly recommended

A superior gastronomic bistro. Every dish was excellent. The choices change frequently. We had a novel pissaladiere with crevettes, a quasi de vaux, cold rare slices beautifully presented, dos de saumon with a crisp skin, and a lovely cote de cochon with an apricot confit,...More

I went in May without a reservation and dressed casually. So I would not say there is any dress code.
