Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We kept coming back to Laduree stores all across France. The macarons are consistently great, and gluten free too!

Every time we come to Paris we visit a Laduree - either for macaroons or to have a meal. I would suggest everything and anything. Not only the deserts are great, so are the egg dishes (we didn’t have the avocado salmon toast, but it...looked heavenly). The French onion soup was the best I have ever had. Don’t forget to have a desert.More

Extremely disappointed in the quality of desserts. We had an eclair & macaroons. Both were stale. Staff was unfriendly. The quality & freshness is not what it used to be. Will not go back.More

I was disappointed for it's food quality. I always have high regard for Laduree but not this time dining in it. Did not enjoy it and it made me think it is over rated for what it is and the price.More

I usually go to the Laduree on the Champs Elysee but due to all the "yellow jackets" protests, we were told to stay away from the area. So I found out there was a restaurant in Printemps department store. I had the petit dejeuner. I...also bought some souvenir macrons for my family and friends. Yummy.More

Our first Ladurée experience. Pretty and yummy. Love the colours! But expected a bit more magic from the furnishings and decorations. We shared 4 macarons with rose being the favourite followed by orange blossom. Macarons are worth their price, however a standard tea and espresso...not so much. Lots of other interesting tea blends however to choose from. Would return for the macarons but try the flagship store instead.More

I have previously had a wonderful experience at Laduree on the Rue Royale and was looking forward to breakfast at Laduree on the Champs Élysées this morning but was sadly disappointed. The decor is beautiful but the service was deplorable. First of all, my friend...and I, as well as several other customers, were totally ignored by the lady at the front desk. It was as if she was annoyed at having to deal with customers. We were finally seated and again had to wait for a waiter to take our order. My croissant arrived but had to wait again for my coffee which was warm and not hot. The croissant was good and my friend’s pastries were good as well but the haughty behaviour of the staff totally spoilt the experience. What a pity that the staff can have such a negative effect as the staff at the Laduree outlet on the Rue Royale are friendly and inviting and that previous experience had been excellent.More

I love this place. First up, shopping is one the best ways to practice your French and you really can't speak French until you can correctly pronounce macaron, fondant, ganache, and feuilletine, among other things. Second, and most important, Laduree arguably make the best macrons...anywhere. Not only are they fresh, delicious and little packages of heaven, they are very reasonably priced compared to other Paris establishments. Depending on the time of year there may be queues but be patient - the wait is worth it. If Paris was a snack it would be Laduree Macarons.More
