An amazing experience. We've spent 2 1/2 hrs of ooohs and aaaahhhs hhhhmmm and wow at this extraordinary talented and gifted Alain Passard's Arpégé,which is Arpeggio, like a chord in which the notes are played separately instead of at the same time.Well the same can be said about this place in all its simplicity but highly authentic. The associations of flavors and... More

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but here I go... We visited this restaurant while in Paris, excited to try out this three Michelin star restaurant based on the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor and elsewhere. I know that the excellent reviews outweigh the negative ones, and I understand that this will not make much of a difference for most people... More

We had lunch at l'arpege recently. We chose the lunch menu, the smallest one, which is still huge. It was about 13-14 courses. Some dishes were very good like the raviolis or the pumpkin soup but others were a disapointment. We found that the refinement was mising. The main course was a bit burned while the chicken was a bit... More

We were able to secure coveted reservations and were treated extremely well from the moment we entered. The chef made several appearances to express his gratitude and make sure we were satisfied. We opted for the full tasting menu which was perfectly spaced close to 4 hours. Every course was brilliantly executed. This was a unique experience and truly lived... More

Who would have thought that vegetables could look and taste so divine? I didn't and this meal was such a journey for the senses! Alain Passard is a genius and managed to create such delicious meals out of what I thought were ordinary vegetables. An experience not to be missed!

My wife and I had lunch at l Arpege and we both chose the "garden" lunch menu (almost only vegetables). We had about 12 dishes, among them 5 were delicious and 7 were amazing. The taste were surprising, fresh and subtly tasty. A great experience, well worth the time and price !

Most Michelin star restaurants do not welcome diners with eating restrictions (gluten free/diary free/no shellfish etc.) Not so at L'Arpege where they created amazing options. While the tasting menu was out of the question, I had five amazing options, which was more than enough for me! Alain Passard made a point of personally welcoming each and every diner. The night... I took my wife to l'arpege for her birthday to have the lunch tasting menu and although we had high expectations chef passard delivered for sure. The linch tasting menu will cost you €145 per person but i think it is a great value since we got 15 amazing dishes for it. I did not know that vegetables could taste... More

My husband and I were in Paris for a month and after seeing the Netflix documentary on Alain Passard I was really interested in dining at Arpege. We are not complete vegetarians but we definitely lean in that direction. The dinner was out of our price range but the lunch is very reasonable. We've eaten at French Laundry in Yountville,... I wanted to explore Passard's creations based on my friend's recommendation on must-eat locations in paris. So we went and we were not disappointed! He has done amazing things with veggies! I would consider vegetarianism if I can sample his cuisine every day! We had the Risotto onctueux aux trésors de nos jardins! Wow, what a delight. Go and be... More
