This is a beautiful 3 star Michelin restaurant in Paris. The service was impeccable and every course was just delicious. From start to finish the food was fabulous. Our only disappointment was we were seated in a dining room in the back of the restaurant...More

It was our fair well dinner from the beautiful Paris. The restaurant itself is lovely situated in a historical “hotel” in Place des Voges. You enter the premises and transferred to a previous era of leisure and hospitability. The menu is short and it was...More

Useless to say that the quality of food is outstanding. What really impressed me is the atmosphere sofisticate but, at the same time, with a warm sense of familiarity. It was like being at home. The staff was relaxed but you could sense perfection at...More

I've been to a few Michelin-rated restaurants, and a few three-star ones in Paris at that. L'Ambroisie does not do a tasting menu, and they serve a very traditional appetizer, fish course, meat course, and dessert course menu. With so few options, you'd think every...More

Of course the food is wonderful but what set the experience apart was how the service balanced the utmost in formality with a sense of warmth and friendliness. The flavors were all very subtle. No big party in your mouth. Rather, a long, slow dance...More

My wife and I went there for dinner. Excellent, not only food, which is above all the 3 stars restaurant I have tried, but also the service. Mr. Pascal served our table for the night; he solved our hesitation on food that we wanted to...More

We had a spectacular lunch at L’Ambroisie a few days back. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I absolutely loved my langoustines in a light curry sauce and dover sole with white truffles. We also found a bottle of delicious white Burgundy on the...More

Chef Bernard Pacaud has truly reach the summit of his craft. Dishes here are ala carte. I had the bass , artichoke and caviar sauce. Simply divine. 3 stars for sure.
