I spent a week in Paris on my own. On my last night, I treated myself at Les Climats, and it ended up being the best experience. I chose the 5-course meal with wine pairings and every course kept getting better and better. The service was wonderful (my waiter was funny and friendly) and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I do... The food was absolutely stellar. There were four of us, some foodies, some not, and everyone was equally thrilled with the food. The staff was friendly & spoke fluent English. Good energy and youthfulness as well. I'd absolutely love a chance to return.

Wonderful one star restaurant just behind musée d'Orsay on rue de Lille. Second time for us. Will be on the "to do list" on every Paris visit. If you chose to eat lunch it's quite affordable. The most impressive wine list of burgundy wines possible.

Booked our table on the Fork, first time we used it, around 45 minutes before we went. Food was great. Our second taste of foie gras in Paris. Prepared different from our first go round with it and it was better. We had them select our wine and they were good. Seemed a little fancy inside but we were able... More

This has to have been one of the most sublime and stunning dining experiences of my life! We had the eight course taster menu with wine pairing and each course was incredible and the well-chosen wines were quite exceptional! The staff were really outstanding, from the sommelier who provided an excellent background to each of the wines, to the waiters... More

love the setting and decor. high attentiveness from the waitstaff. food takes inspiration from everywhere, like foie gras in ravioli, under an asian type broth, or seafood risotto that was really just paella. appearance and finish 8/10. taste is 9/10. enjoyable meal, although im not sure the price is wholly justified. its on the high end relative to taste and... I had wanted to lunch near Musee d'Orsay and Les Climats presented the perfect opportunity to relax over some great food and wine. I chose the 45 Euro lunch menu. One of the advantages of dining alone is that I received plates of amuse-bouche and petit fours designed for two. I wasn't about to refuse the double portion as each... More

LES CLIMATS : The paradise of Burgundy Wines... For anyone who loves Burgundy, the name already says it all, passionately. Carole Colin and Denis Jamet have opened Les Climats restaurant to share their passion for Burgundy wines... Situated in one of Paris's most prestigious districts, on the left bank, behind the Musee d'Orsay, the Maison des Dames des PTT building at 41 rue de Lille, is one of the very few Parisian example of the "Arts and Crafts" movement. The building was originally a 111-room boarding house for public telephone company switchboard operators. Meals were served in a dining room opened onto a winter garden. This charming location is now home to the Les Climats restaurant. The wine list is astonishing : 210 wine makers, 1,200 references, from €15 to €7,636, 3,350 bottles of red and 3,350 bottles of white in the day-cellars, 12,800 bottles in the main wine cellar and 15 wines that can be ordered by the glass (from €5 to €16) There are additions to the wine selection nearly every week
