The food was disgusting. 4 small pieces of fat and not of meat !! The waitress was rude and the manager insulted me. You should avoid this place....

I tried 3 tapas selection of Patatas Bravas, Tandoori Chicken and Fried Plantains. Patatas was dry and probably earmed several times. Plantains was over fried, black and tasteless. Chicken was decent. Not recommended for eat, but good music if you like Latin music.

I highly don't recommend this place. The beer was warm. They knew we were in tourists and didn't speak French, so they tried to charge our bill twice and were really rude. I never saw it before. It was a bad experience for me and for my friends.

When is happy hour not happy hour? When the sign says 2€ for biere and you are charged 5€ . The waiter said happy hour was for sugary, sweet drinks, not biere like the sign said. This was a blatant ripoff so be sure you understand the offer before you order, it might help. Better yet, avoid this place!

Had a lot of fun here. And had lots of courses for not much money. Drinks are strong so you will be dancing.

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
