During a dinner with friends we discovered this incredible restaurant that offers us culinary specialties from Sicily. So forget the pizzas here you will find exceptional dishes like truffle burata, eggplant with parmigiana, pasta with poutargue, crazy tiramisus and scropino. A culinary experience that will be sprinkled with an excellent red wine from Sicily and Marco will be there to help you. Attention the restaurant is small so reservation is necessary so good tasting

Arrived a few nights ago, realized it is hard to find a decent restaurant opened on a Sunday night and in August in Paris. Found this restaurant in St Germain des Pres area and pleasantly surprised to find delicious authentic Italian (especially Sicilian) cuisines. Friendly service too.

It is always a treat to find a little family run restaurant that takes pride in it's offerings and service. I cannot say enough about the bruccetta. The owner claimed it was due to the fresh Sicilian tomatoes and I believe him. The pastas and the rissoto was just divine and the house wines were a great value. Highly recommended . We went twice. Note that we were there on slow nights so perhaps the extra service reflected this.

Only 15 clients in this « « « restaurant » » » but we waited our food 30 minutes (!) And it was absolutely disgusting. Of course the price was a bit expensive (20 euros for one dish, 25 euros for two glasses of wine) but even 5 euros was top much for this frozen food without taste. Seriously .... I know soo much nice restaurant in this area and we ruined our evening with this place that should really the closed !! Run away from there guys

I took my mum here for a special birthday meal on recommendation from a friend. From the outside it looks like a charming little restaurant that should be filled with a lovely atmosphere but unfortunately is it not. When we arrived the staff were quite cold and did not have that welcoming aura you would expect from a restaurant like this. We were shown to our seats ordered drinks (the wine suggested was probably one of the only redeeming features) and our food. We ordered the bruschetta to share, when it arrived it was seriously nothing special, in fact the bread looked like the sort of cheap bread you would find in your local supermarket, the topping was nice but again nothing fantastic or overly tasty. Our mains then came out, I was handed what looked like grilled cuttlefish, I had not ordered this, I had ordered the fried seafood platter . I felt the waiter was sort of insisting that this is what I ordered until the other waiter that took the order pulled him to one side and obviously showed him his mistake. My mum ate her meal while I waited another 10-15mins for mine, someone had got something wrong and my meal wasn't made so when it did arrive it was scolding hot like it 'd just come out the fryer with extra oil! When I did get to have my meal again it was nice but nothing special. My mum enjoyed her pasta but after she had finished another table looked like they had the same pasta however there was more on their plate and it was dressed, whereas hers was not. I had the pannacotta for desert and that was lovely, sadly it was not good enough for me to ever visit this restaurant again or recommend to friends and family visiting Paris. This restaurant seems to have it's favourite customers who are probably regulars, if you're not a regular then I suppose you stand one of two chances on how you get on. Our total bill was €150.00 and I did not leave a tip, I feel I could have got a lot more from another restaurant and enjoyed better service and quality. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely time in a tiny cute restaurant welcomed by a wonderful host. The food was just exquisite. Simple products turned into great taste. Everything was delicious and cooked with accuracy and passion. I have never tasted such a deliciously light panacota with strawberries! The service was warm and excellent.

A wonderful mixture of true Sicilian flavour and aromas. In the hustle and bustle of the 6th arrondissement, this little oasis of tranquillity is a true find, true Italian wines and southern specialty abound in this wonderful restaurant.

We picked that restaurant because it was close to our hotel and many are closed on Sunday. What a disappointment! Food was average at best. I ordered a dish with scallops to be told that this was no longer available; It was replaced by a grilled bar which had some good flavor but was overcooked. During our dinner the electricity was interrupted twice and the restaurant was in total darkness for several seconds - no explanation or apologies. Given the way they handled the situation, we guessed that this was not the first time such incidents happen. We overheard several arguments between the owner/server and the persons in the kitchen about cooking. The carafe of cold water that we ordered was lukewarm at best, and the wine was barely average.

Steps away from the high-traffic hustle of St-Germaine, the strip of small casual Italian spots on rue du Dragon includes this attraction -- where six of us had a lunch that perhaps scored highest because we found it open on Bastille Day! Always important to take a server's advice -- we were wisely steered off several of the the fish choices on account of the holiday, although the sardines for starter went down a treat -- mostly pastas and risotto for mains, excellent. Newly-added on the dessert list was a tiramisu with Oreos -- a blatant play for the tourists which took nothing away from its great taste. Full lunch with a well-matched rose for 45 euros a head -- nicely done for value.

On the 10th night of our 12 day trip to France, we had a meal we will never forget!! Just fabulous cuisine, start to finish. My family of 5. My children are 18-25. This tiny restaurant was well recommended on one local site. My 25 yo suggested we try it. Now, we wish we could go back. Again and again and again. It was THAT good! Nice to eat something other than French (no offense meant). For starters we shared an artichoke heart and fromage app, and a sweet, fresh mozzarella with cherry tomatoes and mesclun. The waiter brought out some sliced baguette, extra virgin olive oil and a very fine aged balsamic. The latter 2 direct form Sicily; you just can't get in America. Wow! what quality. For entrees, we had some of the most fabulous tasting food we have EVER had. A truffle tortolloni, home made, of course, served with a truffle cream sauce. OMG!! Absolutely fantastic. Best pasta any of us have ever had. Also, a veal scallopini with chanterelles. And, a veal scaloppine with tomato sauce, aubergine, and fromage. Again, just superb!! Sides of different versions of pommes de terre. Dessert? A chocolate, flourless cake with home made vanilla ice cream, the best tiramisu ever, and canoli with marscopone. Absolutely plate licking divine. Each of them. The wine list is fair, mostly Italian. And at the end, the waiter was kind enough to bring over some Lemoncello, on the house, for all of us. I know the business. I have worked it. I have been a restaurant fanatic for years. THIS is the REAL deal. I am only sad to say this as it may outgrow itself with such positive press and I may not be able to return and get in next time. To the Chefs. Just wow!! Amazing meal!! Bravo!!!!!
