If you're a tourist go there. I ordered a long coffee and I had an americano at 4 euros. And the vegetarian toast, two slice of bread with a slice of cheese without any taste for 7 euros.

Having resorted to Starbucks for most of this euro trip, it was a blessed relief to find KB cafeshop today!!! You can order a flat white with actual flavour!!! Lovely atmosphere inside and out, and free wifi. If you're a coffee lover in Paris, this is the place for you!!!

My wife and I stopped here for lunch while climbing Rue des Martyrs on the way to Montmartre and we were very satisfied. The vegetarian sandwiches were extremely tasty (and health) and the cream of brocolli plus sopus wre divine.Atmosphere was great (we at indoors). Well worth a stop for lunch or coffee on thye way to Montmartre.

I stop there in the morning, as my current office is nearby. Coffee is great, choice of latte, cappuccino, flat white etc, awesome juices, I didn't give pastry a try yet, but they seem good, anyway, everything is home made. Free Wifi and a nice place for work as well. Funny thing, everyone seems to use a Mac there.

The best flat white I've had in Paris by far! Also check out their carrot cake! It's as what you'd expect from an artisanal cafe with its laid back atmosphere. Indoor and outdoors seating available but note that there are not outlets for your to charge your laptop etc. A great place to chill nonetheless!

We carried out a bit of research for good strong coffee in the area after being in Paris for a few days and nothing quite hitting the mark... this place had good reviews and in particular good Aussie reviews. Coming from Melbourne we are spoilt for good barista coffees and had brekkie here - long blacks, flat whites and a... More

The coffee here is so good but I was here to work and they wouldn't let me use the plug-ins for my computer even though they had plenty.

As customers on several visits, regardless of who took the order, we felt treated as if we were a bother. 3 times is the charm...or perhaps 3 times and you're out. On first and subsequent visits, the java and pastry lived up to the best. AND on every visit the tables+chairs and interior approached "punishment." The discomfort is almost "mean"... More

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
