A bit out-of-the-way, but definitely worth the 10 minute walk from our Place Vendome hotel. The breads with the jams and other toppings definitely justified all the praise we had read online, and though I didn't need it, I also ordered a croissant which was as good as any I had in Paris.

The combination of the French country atmosphere, complete with Farm tables, reasonable prices and delicious food makes this our favorite spot to lunch in Paris. A short walk from Opera and next to the Bourse (stock market) Metro it is convenient and not at all "touristy". We love dining with local business men and local ladies out to lunch.

Our son declared best breakfast ever. A special experience for us, we ordered 2 Sante breakfasts and 2 Continental breakfasts, the juice was utterly delicious, the coffee good. The selection of breads and jams, quality of spreads was something else (chocolate spread, hazlenut, honey etc). Then there was fruit salad, yogurt.... Great ambience, quiet location. Would highly recommend. Good value... More

I visited this place twice, and in both times, I loved it. First it is open 7 days including Sunday, which is not simple to find in Paris. second they are friendly, gave menus in English. All there ingredients bio. The decor is welcoming, and it is just fun to sit over. Dogs friendly. Go there for a croissant or coffee.

Love this quaint little place. They most lovely and simple breakfast. Great tea and fine coffee Keep it simple for breakfast and order the continental or a croissant. Then slather on an assortment of delicious spreads: Nutella Dark Chocolate Vanilla Jams Butter - yummy. Be sure to buy some to take home.

We both ordered the English Breakfast. The eggs and bacon were perfect to satiate our hunger for the bulk of our day. Added to that was an assortment of hazelnut, chocolate and fruit spreads with an assortment of fresh breads.

Great location to sit and relax after walking through. I had a very fresh and delicious salad and my husband had quiche. Both plates had big portions of food. Excellent service.

We went here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. It was quietly tucked away and looked so quaint and inviting. It was absolutely perfect. The selection of conserves and food on offer is so typically French and we were so thrilled by such a simple feast and how lovely it was. Can't wait to go back. A must visit for... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
