Two years ago we had a great time at this bar. Lovely atmosphere, good service and nice wine. Something changed! The staff was just unpleasant. The waitress seemed bored, looked arrogant at every guest and was slower than slow. At one point we waited 30min...(!) for our order. When it finally arrived there was no excuse for the delay. Plus they forgot half of our order! Sadly, we will not come back. We will go to the bar across the street.More

Very classy bar and brasserie (french funch and diner place) at VERY abordable prices. Good beers ! Good wines ! and very good food ! All this paired with a friendly staff. Only thing is that there is not a lot of beer choices ......Overall one of my favorite bars in Paris (from a born and fed Parisian boi).More

Stopped in out of the cold rain and enjoyed the overhead heaters. Excellent choice for hot tea, espresso and a glass of wine -- especially the Sancerre. Service was friendly and quite good.

Had a meal here. Lovely ambience, great food, great wine, great service. What more do you need on a rainy Parisien night.

We had breakfast on a Saturday morning here, around 11.30. The food was good, the service fast and kind and the price very decent: 12.5 euros for scrambbled eggs, tea, tartine with fresh bread, butter and jan and orange juice. The terrace is really nice,...comfortable and well heated, which allowed us to watch the hustle of the streets while enjoying our breakfast. I recommend to finnish in style with a glass of prosecco!More

Stopped at this little cafe on the edge of the Marais, behind Hotel de Ville. Nice little square of cafes - under the shadey trees. People watching a plus. The inside also looked cute. Menu appeared varied with reasonable happy hour bar prices , although...we only had coffee. Espresso and cappuccino were good. Service also attentive. Popped by for a quick breakfast. Yes, we know very well that French breakfast is different from English or American. We had French breakfast in a number of Places in Paris and this is definitely the worst one. Half glass of orange juice+one croissant OR...chocolate bun+tiny drink (tea pot was tiny and half filled with water).Espresso was brought instead of Americano (no water shot with it too). This all for 8.5 EUR. And yeah, cherry on top: juice was not fresh, one could taste and smell the starting fermentation.Awful breakfast to sum up.More

We had lunch here in June 2018- stopping as we assumed the prices reflected the quality of the food served. Yes- this is Paris and it is commonplace to be fleeced wherever you go, but the truth of the matter is sadly, all three of...us didn't enjoy our sandwiches. We wanted to- especially at 12- 15 euros a plate. The club sandwich was huge on arrival, but the bread was soggy and the lettuce wilted, zero seasoning- it didn't taste nice. Sorry. We picked at it with a knife and fork. The Croque Monsieur also soggy with an unpleasant cheese topping which my son couldn't tolerate. We all left 75% of our meals- paid the bill and quietly left. 65 euros lighter. Still hungry. The most expensive lunch we had in Paris this trip- and unfortunately the worst.More
