I randomly stubbled upon this place. It was 100% my favorite restaurant in Paris. The food is so authentic and not expensive. They have a menu in English if needed. Our waiter recommended a great bottle of wine--- he was extremely sweet.

We visited in the evening & ate off the set menus. There are different options depending on what you fancy. I had salmon pate followed by mustard chicken, which was delicious. My husband had seafood risotto then rib eye, which was cooked very well. The waiter was attentive without being too much, always making sure we had all we needed... More

Well located behind the Musee Carnavalet and on the way to the Picasso Museum, this is a handy place for tourists (and I am sure also locals). Has lots of set menu options if you arrive at popular times and the friendly staff were happy for us to mix and match a bit. Food was quick to arrive and delicious.... More

Stumbled upon this little restaurant while walking in Le Marais. The place is interesting decorated, offers a variety of French dishes and has as well different combos in the menu. Service is friendly, food is really tasty and comes fast. Definitely a good place to try out. Will probably come back to taste their salty galletes as the sweet crepes... More

Lovely café, with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, fair prices and tasty food. The café is decorated with some paintings and posters referencing some great artists. Near the Picasso Museum.

We were walking around the area and chanced upon this little restaurant. This place serves excellent French food for a very reasonable value. The staff is nice and the place well decorated. We recommend the salidou crêpe as a dessert!

This intimate little restaurant does some of the most amazing French food, served up by a friendly, welcoming, and charming staff. I try to visit every time I come to Paris. The artworks on the walls are for sale, too. Thoroughly recommend it.

this little restaurant was not on our plans as we left the Picasso museum. But we were so hungry and stumbled upon it by accident. It is very cozy, friendly and surprisingly reasonable. We had the lunch menu which was very good and certainly plentiful. It appeared to us that we were the only tourists. A lot of locals that... More

Neighbourhood Profile
Le Marais
The Marais is a winding maze of multi-faceted streets that beg to be explored. It bursts with small boutiques, historic buildings, cozy traditional restaurants, and hidden parks. Around each corner, you'll come across little gems of architecture spanning the centuries, from understated medieval towers to classical libraries and 17th century splendour. This neighbourhood unites a rich mix of people of all ages, but it's best known for the gay scene mostly in the south and the Jewish community around Rue des Rosiers.
