The five-course tasting dinner was not only mysterious but delicious. And the pleasant, knowledgeable staff is quick to recommend wines across all food categories.

Twists on French classics that explode with flavour. The monkfish and the duck breast were sublime. Go to this place now before it collects its Michelin stars and prices double and it is impossible to get in.

We visited Frenchie Wine Bar, just across the street from Frenchie Restaurant. It is a small space, with low ceilings and stone walls, giving it a cave-like feeling. It's absolutely perfect for having a glass of wine and some snack with it. If you wish...More

Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle
époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades,
and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here,
modern day workers continue to take advantage of the
legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th
century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and
cinemas sit side by side with French bistros
predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in

It's a very small, rather crowded restaurant so it would be hard to fit in a baby seat. And it really isn't a family outing type of place.
