This is the my second review for this bistro. Since the first, we have visited lots of bistros in Paris and I must say that this is our favourite bistro that we visit every year when we are in Paris and the cooking here just gets better.

Family owned restaurant and we felt part of the family. Very good traditional french cuisine with exceptional wine pairing. The waitress, Delphine, is in fact the co-owner of the restaurant and it shows in her attentive and friendly service. We had a lamb shoulder "confit" that was absolutely divine, thanks to Guy, the chef and Delphine's husband. Last time I... More

The menu is interesting, several meat choices, fewer seafood and fish choices, and an excellent dessert menu. Prices are high, but the bill will e reasonable if you reserve on LaFourchette and get the 30% discount. We had couteaux (a seafood) and a ravioli dish as starters, both very good. For plat, we had scallops with risotto and dorade with... More

My partner and I went to La Cuizine for dinner. He booked through Fourchette.com. The place is very cosy and perfect for couples. The waitress was very friendly. I had a sirloin beef with morilles cream sauce and he had the fish of the day with some vegetables. It was delicious. From starter to dessert. Good quality for the price.... More

We had the most expensive steak on the menu, supposed to be veal but it was not. Really bad piece of Meat - very hard to cut through. Totally overpriced restaurant. What a waste of money :(

Warmly greeted by our bright, friendly waitress who continued to look after us charmingly throughout the evening. Interesting and varied choice of fresh dishes. For 'entree' both of us chose a 'millefeuille de legumes' which was beautifully presented and extremely tasty. Then we ordered one fish and one lamb dish. Both were perfectly cooked and came with a generous array... More

This is typically overrated, the restaurant, the food ( mashed potatoes ) are absolutely not in line with the price nor the appreciations. The restaurant is filled by tourists which aren't aware of the current cost/benefit of restaurants in Paris.
