We had a business lunch at Entre les Vignes. The service was prompt and attentive and all of the meals were amazing. The desserts are very flavorful and delicious. Seating near the door can be a bit tight but it is worth the squeeze! They have a curtain to prevent too much of the draft coming in when people open... More

Really delicious food, unpretentious, with excellent flavors. Superb service making you feel like you're at home. Good house wine- the grenache was quite excellent, and wonderful desserts. Tiny little place, big heart! Quality at very reasonable prices. Small menu, maybe 10 entrees. Served in minutes. The location on Diderot is busy but safe and decent, a bloick from Gare de... More

This is a bistro with good seating outside. I hated the area-it is rough and we were approached by beggars while eating. The service was prompt and friendly and the food varied and reasonably priced. Would have rated higher if not for the beggars, and area

Very nice local brasserie - unpretentious, fine food, very friendly service - even with two young children, and great wine list. Worth a trip.

We were very warmly welcomed by hostess who happened to be the owner. Then she was very flexible in taking our order besides offering some suggestions for food and wine which turned out to be excellent. We are an elderly couple from India who don't so much anymore so wanted to share a meal. She was most gracious about it... More

We were staying at Gare Lyon and decided to eat at a nearby restaurant. We really enjoyed dining here as the service was great and the food was excellent. The potatoes were really fresh and "crunchy", not mushy like most. I had the entrecote steak and it was really really good. The red wine sauce was truly a delight to... More

I found this restaurant through TripAdvisor, and tried to make reservations through Facebook and later by phone but got voicemail. Left a message in English. We arrived around 19:30 and were the first guests. Its a small, cosy restaurant and the menu is on the traditional bistro chalkboard with limited menu. There are two menus: main course and either entrees... More

Small restaurant with short menue, reasonable prizes, tasty food, a good selection of wines and a nice interior. And only a very few tourists. A place truly to recommend for a French dinner.

Entre les Vignes restaurant in Paris near the Gare de Lyon has been serving up the divine regional cuisine of Lyon since 1908. This charming bistro has the right look: red moleskin banquettes, prettily moulded ceiling, lamps with little pleated shades, Miles Davis and Charlie Parker gently wafting through the air, a colour scheme that could have been dipped in strong tea. It somehow adds up to quite a cool place. Patron Carole behind the counter welcomes and advises you to his intimate venue. The daily specials on the slate are highly recommended, as is the pleasant terrace when the air is warm. And the wine list is widely agreed to be more in keeping with a great two-star eaterie than this fine local restaurant, so drink deep and enjoy.
