The food was good and delicious, but they make warm in the microwave. We were searching for halal food, but there was not hala mark on the restaurant window

Everytime I'm in Paris I manage to have at least one meal chez Elhan. Frendly environment, central place, and the food is excellent. If you want to bring someone out for an exotic dinner or lunch, just bring them there. I just did so, and these two Parisian friends of mine were conquered by Elham's rice and icecream!

Well seasoned and cooked, savory meats. I've never had rice with pistachios, orange and more and loved it. Good prices. Next trip to Paris, I'm there.

We were a group of four and walked by spontanuously for lunch. The service was very friendly and personable. The lunch was very tasty and price was OK. Can recommend it.

When I go out to eat with some of my local friends, I am never disappointed as they have a very high standard. Chez-Elham specializes in Persian Cuisine and was simply marvelous! Excellent food and service!

Went here for lunch. The food was flavorful and ample. The owner was friendly and introduced us to his 8-year old daughter, who was on school break. I am not Persian, but have eaten at Persian restaurants in other cities and this holds up.

Really disappointed.. I am persian and this was so bad. Both koko sabzi and ghorme sabzi. It didn't taste good at all?? And it's hard to make both of the dishes un-tasty, can you imagine how bad of a cook one must be? Extremely disappointed.

We had the Mixed brochettes - tender and tasty -- some of the best we've ever had. Sitting outside was lovely - a relatively quiet environment on a nice side street.

Staying in Les Halles

Neighbourhood Profile
Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.
