Well positioned cafe, though very expensive, not much space available outside, and the service is not exactly friendly. Would rather classify it as a tourist trap, not much more.

We stopped in here while waiting to meet up with our tour to Versailles. They have 3 breakfast packages that are reasonably priced, and the food is great. I had the English Breakfast which included a two-egg omelet, and my wife had the French Breakfast which featured a crepe. We both had croissants and hot chocolate. This cafe is located... More

Expensive bad service rude waiter and less than mediocre patisseries and hot chocolate. Give it a miss

The above subject says it all really. Food also very average if not poor for the money! €4.60 for a beer if you go to the bar or €11 if the waiter

Nice place situated near Notre Dame. The food had a good taste but it was cold in the middle, that is something that should not happen. Something is not working right at that kitchen

I stopped here for a late lunch one day. It's ago great location for people watching. I had a typical French meal of steak au pouvoir which came with fries and a baguette. All was very good. Desserts around me also looked good but I was too full. The prices are reasonable for Paris standards.

Staff were polite and professional despite the frenetic rate of customer usage. The croque madame was excellent as were the sancerre and the vin rouge de maison. The waited cited my order back to me in reverse order, quite a good memory I thought.

This was a good location for a late brunch. The breakfast deal was on a par with the standard going rate. The croque madame was decent enough but the hot chocolate was the winner. Service was reasonable as well. Not the finest establishment but had interesting decor and more than enough good points for a quick bite!

Good location for watching the punters going by and decent croque monsieur including vegetarian ones.

The streets surrounding the fountain at Saint-Michel provide eateries from around the world. Lively bars are just next door and the prototypical terraced French brasserie is on every corner.
