I have been to several Pauls thru out Paris. The food is always delicious, the staff always friendly and the price is reasonable.

This is a great place for a simple sandwich and a delicate pastry. I actually didn't have a coffee, but it appeared they could make you anything youwant. We have eaten here twice and I am sure we will be going back. The Marriott is just a few steps away. We had a ham and swiss sandwich with butter on... More

Ofcourse the location is the best in Paris, the food was also great, Justizverwaltung service is French style, no one speaks English as usual, I mean in Paris, a world city in a world chain Paul, no English that a no go.

It was alright. Went there with friends (two couples) and had a veggie chicken sandwich and a cheese-cream-chicken hot sandwich. The quality is alright, maybe prices are way too big. The service is good as well. PS- my gf thought the macaron was great

One day I dropped in for lunch while on the champs élysées. It was a lovely September afternoon. Ordered their lemon tart which is not too tart, but just right in flavour. I also had some fresh squeezed orange juice. Very busy place with locals during lunch time since they also sell baguette sandwiches. Another afternoon, I stopped in at... More

Croissants, baguettes, espresso, it is all good! I wish there were more of these locations outside of France!

This was the best food I had whilst in Paris, lemon tart, strawberry tart and the quiche Lorraine, all excellent, definitely worth a go.

Sadly Paul in Champs Elysee was a big disappointment: old products, dry looking raspberries on pies, poor staff communication skills. The prices are acceptable however unlike most shops on this street.

Dropped in for a light lunch and, as ever with Paul, weren't disappointed. Delicious rolls and a pistachio macaroon with a fine Americano. Decently priced

Staying in Opera / Bourse

Neighbourhood Profile
Opera / Bourse
The neighbourhood around Opéra and Bourse is a belle époque paradise of grand boulevards, refined arcades, and mass-market art-nouveau entertainment. Here, modern day workers continue to take advantage of the legacy that nobility and finance left in the 19th century. Brightly-lit brasseries, theatres, and cinemas sit side by side with French bistros predominating in one area and Japanese restaurants in another. The area is most famous for the Palais Garnier opera house and glamorous department stores.
