Stopped for a coffee whilst visiting the Louvre. Lots of locals in which I always think is a good sign.

Two friends and I stopped by for lunch on a very rainy Saturday afternoon after visiting the Louvre (about 10 minutes' walk away). We were seated on the outdoor, protected terrace with the comfort of the additional heaters - don't mind a few spare raindrops. Acceptable menu variety - we took pasta and sandwiches (my croque monsieur was over-toasted on... More

Louise restaurant is one of those rare places that can make you forget about the world outside and allow you to drift off into a Parisian dream. I have visited Louise during the four seasons over two years and the beautiful seasonal home style cuisine always satisfies the soul. Every dish is clearly prepared with real passion and the staff... Louise was the loveliest hostess I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The wine list is great and it had the traditional french food we had been looking for during our ten-day stay in Paris. I loved the coq au vin and my boyfriend had the duck offered and we were not disappointed in the slightest. In addition to that,... More

Great Cafe. When we walked in the place was very empty so I was unsure what kind of experience we have, but Louise greeted us like family and it turned out great. Since it was empty we got all the attention. The food was very good and the service was great. Louise treated my pregnant wife like family. I would... More

Thank you TripAdvisor! Without TripAdvisor I would never have hunted this little cafe down. I am so happy I did. My mother, daughter, and I had a late dinner here on a very cold night. I have to rate the Chestnut soup as the most tasty soup I have ever had! Excellent!! The owner was there and was super sweet... More

Found this cafe near our hotel. We had a really nice lunch there. The daughter greeted us and took our orders. She was very nice and teased my husband that even though their burgers were very good, that he was comparing it to the "burger capital" coming from Texas. Stop in if you are close. You will be happy you... More

This humble-looking cafe is not far from the Louvre, and yes, we were only drawn to this place given the high ratings on TripAdvisor, and we were certainly not disappointed!! The staffs were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Both my husband and I tried their soup and it was simple but delicious, perfect for a winter day.... More
