So glad I found this place! After enduring the craziness of the Eiffel Tower, it was wonderful to walk 2 minutes down the road and away from the crowds to sit in the peaceful museum gardens overlooking splendid views of the Eiffel Tower eating the best desert I tasted in Paris. Entrance is free, service is quick and friendly and... More

Like the museum, Cafe Branly was a nice little oasis away from the large crowds of tourists. I even had a great view of the Eiffel Tower from my corner table. The lemon meringue pie was to die for!

In a separate building to the museum. The cafe is clinically smart with perhaps rather overattentive staff. There was a good choice of drinks although we only wanted coffee and sodas. Cafe does not seem to stay open long- maybe this is seasonal. Nice view of the gardens.

I had lunch here with my wife. The view on the surrounding prairie parkland, old Parisian apartment houses, and Eiffel Tower was lovely. But the food was at best mediocre and the service was the worst I have experienced over the 12 months I have lived in France. Additionally, the prices were quite high for the food provided, and there... More

I had lunch here after spending much longer at the museum than expected. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the food stock standard. A bit pricy for the portion sizes in my opinion. I had the salad, very simple but fine, and sparkling water for 20 euros.

Attached to the museum, this is clearly a popular spot. The food -- I had stir-fried chicken with veg -- is good, the ambience agreeable. An unhappy child somewhat spoiled the mood, but on the positive side: there was no background music. More restaurants should adopt that policy

Like others we had a very mixed experience with our lunch. The cafe was understaffed despite it being a busy Saturday. The chicken dish we ordered was fine but the flank steak was a tiny portion cooked well-done despite being ordered medium rare. The steak delivered to a neighboring table was much larger and cooked perfectly. I'm not sure if... More

We waited 20 minutes to get a table for three at 1:00 in the afternoon. Once we sat down, we knew why there'd been a line. Great view of garden with the Eiffel Tower in the background. Friendly service, and delicious food. Fair priced lunch menus. We got out of there paying 64 euros for 3 good meals (no wine.).... More

This litte restaurant looks inviting and ideally located after visiting the musee Branly. Have a coffee - just don't bother with the food. We got a table, the place was not even that busy. I had asked our waiter whether it was possible to order some food and be out in 30 mins, and he said 'oh absolutely'. That was... More

The Cafe Branly looks good, but it does not live up to its standards. At lunchtime we were told that the time to wait was u to 30 minutes. Quite annoying when you notice it is the only place to eat in this extensive museum. We came back at teatime and were served lukewarm tea. Black tea will not get... More
