We walked around a wet Troyes and liked the look of Aux Crieurs de Vin. A table was available for us two although most seemed to be reserved and following customers were turned away. A carafe of water was served immediately, a good sign. A shared starter was excellent, served with good bread and a glass of red wine. I... More

This place was recommended to us by numerous Champenois and it is easy to see why. A small lunchtime menu but excellent food with a superb offering of champagnes including by the glass at very reasonable prices. The guys who run the place clearly love their food and wine and are happy to recommend pairings. We were even introduced to... More

The concept is really nice. A winery with a small restaurant area annexed. The "Carte" is really poor (3-4 dishes) which is not a big problem but prices are pretty high for what you get. 15 euros for 1/2 L house wine and 14 euro for a sausage with legumes. I left pretty disappointed Should be more modest.

We feel lucky we came upon this Troyes restaurant with its great wine selection and a quirky take on traditional French food. The wait staff are switched on and know there wines. The blackboard menu is written in French. The Charcuterie planche was a good choice to start. Menu changes depending on what is locally available - a farmer passed... More

It is more a bistrot with a small selection of food. The terrine of the house was good as well as the platter with ham and saussges. My wife took the grilled Andouillette and she was pleased. - Interesting selection of wines, however, not really cheap for such a bistrot. All in all we paid 87 € with about 8... More

Great concept, bad execution. Chose your wine and see it suddenly appear in a carafe. Is this my wine? It does not taste like any Gamay I have ever tasted. Very suspect for 26 euros. Food very disappointing and not worth what we paid. Such a shame in these days of great value food and wine. Go elsewhere, if you... More

Now tell me, what could be nicer than eating surrounded by full bottles while the one in front of you is slowly emptying into your glass? Obviously popular in the area as we were only just able to get a lunchtime table.Nice informal vibe helped along by the staff and unpretentious food. Probably one of the most atmospheric eateries we... More

It was recommended to us when we asked for a local place to have lunch. Located in a wine store (yes really!) it is charming. Great wines with fresh, creative food. We had cheese and meat boards and snacked our way through lunch. YUM!

The place is really nice and friendly, but for people like me who don't really like meat, it's hard to have a whole dinner there. But, you still can have all sorts of good wines !
