Of course they're good, after all, it IS France. Helpings are large but they charge 5 Euros to share between two. Get two different smaller plates getting nearly the complete variety and not leaving any behind! Ask for "tap" water if you're okay with not having a special water. It's just as good and it's free

Spent a wonderful evening here with 7 friends, celebrating my birthday. If you are interested in spending an evening tasting some of the finest cheese and charcuterie the French can conjure and imbiding the fruit of their land, this place will please your senses. They have a fantastic wine list, offering wonderful wines from some of the country's finsest boutique... More

Nice place to eat cheese and charcuterie in the centre of Tour. With a wine bar on the other side of the street. Tables outside. Friendly service. Not cheap but reasonable prices.

Two places....the cheese restaurant and the wine bar across the street. We stopped in to the wine bar a couple of times just for a glass. Nuce pkace, very midern, a wall of wine and plenty for sale including fancy food stuffs. Very nice young waiter to help you choose the perfect wine to drink or take home. We noticed... More

If you are a big cheese fan, then this place is what you are looking for. It's very central located in city of Tours. It's a bit pricy, but if you were 2 or more you can order different kind of dishes and enjoy the cheese on many new ways.

A cheese bar where you can sample 20+ French cheeses in various tasting combinations, as well as gratins and other dishes. We had a potato & smoked cheese gratin, as well as a tasting plate of 10 cheeses served in a circle going from the mildest to the strongest (the suggested tasting order). Service was great, the atmosphere relaxed and... More

We had a good meal of sausage fondue and salad. The restaurant is in an area of Tours with many small eateries and bars. Good for a quick inexpensive meal - not exceptional French food but not bad.

Went here during the 'off season' (early Jan) and found this charming little place busy with locals. Good 'local' wine list with a varied selection of cheese-themed dishes (gratins, cheeseboards, etc.) in a warm and cosy dining space. Well worth the reasonable price charged (50€ for two 'plats' with four glasses of wine), however not really a full-blown restaurant rather... More

Food was good, basically all the entrees have cheese in them, but very yummy. Overall would definitely recommend, but not out of this world special.

My daughter and I had 3 hours in Tours waiting for a train and had found this on Tripadvisor. We went for an early lunch and were no disappointed. We had the 'complete menu' - she having 2 courses and I having 3. They are known for their cheeses and have a separate cheese shop across the street. My daughter... More
