While strolling in Tours and trying to decide on dinner, we came upon this lovely restaurant down a side street. We were the first people seated, and chatted with the owner while having drinks. Very friendly and the service was great. Dinner was beyond our...More

My husband and I found this restaurant thanks to TripAdvisor and it was well worth the visit. Best to make a reservation as it is small and fills up quickly. They do speak some English but I tried to stick to speaking French which they...More

We were so grateful they took us without a booking, they were packed by the time our entree arrived. The service was fast and friendly, wine recommendation was perfect and food was lovely and fresh.

I go to Tours every summer and always go to L'Atelier Gourmand. The menu changes often so there always something new to have. This year, I especially liked the Gambas and the Black Scallops with Black Risoto.

I arrived at the restaurant without reservation, but being alone I thought I might be able to find place anyway. I am informed that there is no place available, even though the restaurant is empty at the very same moment. Clearly I was hoping better,...More
