This was recommended to us by the hotel. Good atmosphere, service and food. The snails and beef were beautiful and the Tart Tatin was delicious. Also a good selection of wine. Would recommend and will return

My wife and I had a really enjoyable meal at Le Sauvage. We found the waiters to be very attentive and the food was delicious. The green beans were a little overcooked for our liking but overall the meal was excellent. I had the bone marrow and the bavette and both were delicious. My wife had the foie gras and... More

I would recommend the terrine of green lentils and the gentle flavor of tartare. Ask the maître if you want to drink some wine. He will recommend you the best pairing.

Plenty of rustic French cuisine, especially the meats. Be sure to load up on those if that is your thing.

Had exellent local faire here. The pork knuckle with their local mustard was to die for and my son loved their frogs legs. The sundae with the creme de cassis was a delicious dessert. Make an effort to speak French and you will find the staff very pleasant.

The first waiter was totally unfriendly, but hopefully a kind waitress came at the end. The cook was not even able to cook fried eggs without that stinky and dirty cheese called Epoisses (the one that has worms on it very often) even if we would pay for the same price. Then, they came 5 times to ask us if... More

If you're looking for local Dijon food.. this place was great. The service was helpful and friendly. They spoke English, and offered us a menu in English. The wine list was very reasonable. The beef dishes were all amazing, fresh and very tasty.. presentation was good, but on the rustic side. The room is warm and inviting. We would go... More

Two dishes memorable. Lamb is terrific. You have to try it here absolutely. Bone marrow is quite special. For those okay with a bit of greasy taste, it's also very good Nice atmosphere.

This place for me just has everything i want from a restaurant. It may not look the most impressive but it is full of charm and has a great atmosphere. The service is the casual end of formal the is a mixture of rustic/ regional/ gourmet. With things like having a choice of their local cheeses put in order of... More

Brilliant location with an amazing wine list. We loved the grill, the meat cuts were delicious. Our wines definitely was worth the money, we love burgundy for that. They even have an internal parking and the staff was ever so friendly. We strongly recommend should you wish to visit a rustic and place-driven restaurant without the white table cloth and... More
