a wonderful restaurant, with surpurb staff, high quality presentation and excellent food. we had eaten in a number of starred restaurants and found this to be the best for us. loved the settings in the cellar of an old church, wonderful in all ways

Disappointing. Doesn't live up to the expectations created by all the crisp linen and pretentious decor; it wants to be a Michelin star sort of place but can't deliver. The food isn't terrible but you would eat better and for a lot less ££ elsewhere....More

I realize that there is a note at the top of the menu that points out the entrance fee of EUR 29, but if you are a non-French speaking tourist or, like my poor son, young and a bit excited and naive, you may overlook...More

We made a reservation some time in advance. The food was delicious. The atmosphere too. The service a bit stiff if you're not dressed up, but still attentive.

Dishes here are Dijonaise/burgundian styled with unusual and classy presentation. We ate here on a busy Saturday evening during a short visit to Dijon. We chose the oeuf en meurette to start, which was presented in a container that cooked the eggs at the table....More

Extraordinary restaurant. Stunning vaulted stone ceilings in a 14th century crypt. Tastefully renovated, lit and furnished as only the french can. Linen topped tables well spaced gave a really private dining experience. The food was spectacular. The combination of ingredients was carefully chosen so every...More

We really enjoyed our dinner at the Dame d'Aquitaine. We arrive by chance on a very very cold night last January and how lucky we were. The foie gras was really good as it was the lapin a la moutarde 9if not in Dijon were?)....More
